KM tunics made in Denmark are rare, and when they do pop up, they are usually from a factory in Copenhagen. This one however is even more interesting since it was manufactured by Chr. Juncher A/S, a clothing factory based in the small provincial town of Randers.
Apart from some superficial moth tracking here and there, the tunic is in excellent condition with no repairs. The big patches inside the shoulder area is just extra padding.
Included is an adjudant's aiguillette - it was there when I got the tunic and I've never removed it. Judging by the bend in the shoulder board under which it is affixed, I'd say it belongs there. | |
