Luftwaffe Service tunic for an Obersekretär (official)
This interesting tunic is an issued EM/NCO service tunic upgraded to officer with the addition of slit and hanger for a dagger, and an internal belt of the type often seen in tailored tunics.
The rank is the equivalent of an Oberleutnant, and although Obersekretär is the most likely title, the red secondary color was used by several speciality brances.
The twist cord of aluminum and dark green around the collar patches, signifies an offical of the medium career. This makes it a fairly rare tunic, since this career consisted mostly of NCO's and Obersekretär is actually the highest rank.
The eagle on this tunic is original but reapplied. The remaining insignia looks 100% originally applied.
Tunic is overall in very good shape and has a nice size for display.
